Unsolved: GRAFFITI AT KASUGAI GARDENS

Staff at Kelowna City Hall located at 1435 Water Street notified Kelowna RCMP after witnessing a female spray paint a wall surrounding Kasugai Gardens on March 18 at approximately 2:25 pm.  The female is described as being blonde, approximately 25 years old and wearing multi-coloured tights, a black jacket, a black hoodie and a bright red or pink backpack.  If you can identify this alleged tagger, please contact Kelowna RCMP or Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477
