Police are hoping to identify two men caught on several surveillance cameras tagging multiple properties and parking pedestals in the downtown area. The pair meander through the 200 block of Leon Avenue from Water Street to City Park around 1:00 a.m. on February 15, 2020. One man, the actual tagger, is wearing a black hoody with a white logo on the side and back and the other male acts as a lookout. The graffiti tag is “NEBS”. Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers, in partnership with the City of Kelowna, will pay $500 for an arrest in this vandalism file.
